We'll be at the Georgia Organics 14th Annual Conference & Expo "GO GROW!" and would love to see you there! We'll be sampling some of our artisan cheeses fresh from the dairy and mushrooms from the farm.  The Expo is March 11-12, 2011, in Savannah, Georgia, at the International Trade & Convention Center.

We are SO thrilled to announce the introduction of our new cheese, the Little Martha.  Keith has been working on this one and it shows in the flavors.  It's a soft Italian style cheese, which pairs well with fresh fruit and full bodied wines.  It's more of a dessert cheese, and it's sure to be the perfect end to any meal.  We'll post photos of this baby as soon as we have some!
