Swainsboro, Georgia (May 15, 2009) – We hadn't seen him since he awarded us at the Flavor of Georgia food competition, but Flat Creek Lodge was honored earlier this month by a visit from Governor Sonny Perdue, his wife Mary and several additional family members. While onsite, the Governor had a great time hunting wild turkey and fishing with his twin granddaughters. The expedition was filmed as part of the O'Neil Outside television show with O'Neil Williams. The Governor at Flat Creek episode will air in July. We'll keep you posted!
